When Anchor Medical announced that they were closing I had to find a new PCP. I phoned Dr. Khyati Patel’s office and she scheduled a “Meet and Greet” appointment for me. Dr. Patel was very personable and attentive. She asked mShow moree about myself, and my medical history, took the time to tell me about her background and experience and then asked if I had any questions. She even submitted a referral for me when she found out that I had not had a follow-up visit in years with one of my specialty physicians. It’s rare for a doctor to be willing to spend the time getting to know a potential new patient. I felt comfortable with Dr. Patel and have the feeling that she really listens to her patients. Her office staff is also very friendly and accommodating.
Dr Patel is wonderful. She was my PCP until 2021 and is my Primary once again. She is warm and caring, and listens to her patients. I couldn’t be happier to be back with her!
