I’ve only been seeing him since January 2025, and I learned that there are doctors and Physicians Assistant, that really want to help you live your best life. He stays on top of your case and makes suggestions so that you achieve the biggest effects for your injury. I was hoping he’d move somewhat local and could commute. Much to my chagrin, he is moving out of the area. As for me, he will truly be missed every month that I check into pain management!

Kindra Burnell grew up in the Midwest. Attended the University of Iowa and graduated with a Bachelors in Biology and Bachelors from the College of Medicine. Kindra holds two Masters degrees, MSN in Leadership and Management & a post Masters degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Kindra is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Kindra worked as Research Assistant for the Departments of Infectious Disease, Department of Pediatrics, and the College of Dental Research before becoming a nurse.
Kindra began her nursing career as a Surgical Cardiology nurse and then moved into the operating room setting. She took on many roles in this position, but it was her time on the Navajo Reservation which she holds closest to her heart.
Kindra enjoys spending time with her family, appreciating the Tucson sunsets, the diversity, and opportunities Arizona has to offer.

Kindra is wonderful! She knows a lot about supplements, herbal treatments, light therapy and other alternative treatments, as well as conventional treatments. (I usually have a few questions on these things saved up for her on our visits.). The location is great. Free parking. Lots of spaces.

Mike listens and is very very through. He's starting his new chapter in life...not here in AZ and this is truly bittersweet!! He will be missed by myself. He's the 1st pain professional that HEARD ME SPEAK & actually listened. I'd been to 3-4 other pain clinics in Mesa/Tempe and even in Phx. All arrogance and not able to hear a cry of pain and a request for help. Adv pain has been nothing short of miraculous....and thanks to Mike for being "that" person,the best kind!!
