When I have an appointment at Grace Internal Medicine I'm seen by Dr. Allison Hutchinson. I’ve been seeing her for a long time. In my opinion she is the friendliest, nicest, kindest, most sweetest woman you could ever meet. WhenShow more I contacted Grace to inquire about Dr. Hutchinson possibly working me in for the day I was told by the receptionist that she would check to see if she would be able to see me and that she would call me back to let me know. The receptionist called me back about an hour or so later and informed me that Dr. Hutchinson's schedule was full that day but that Dr. Krista would be able to see me. I didn't know who Dr. Krista was and I had never been seen by her before. However, with my experience as a longtime patient with Grace Internal Medicine I knew that I would be in good hands and that I could trust her to take care of me so I scheduled the appointment. My first impressions of Dr.Krista is that she has a warming presents, she's a very active listener, and she’s easy to talk to. I was very happy with my visit with her, but it turns out that Dr. Hutchinson would have been able to squeeze me in that day.(Nvm how I know) but anyway I would’ve eventually had to see Dr.Krista because Dr. Allison will be on maternity leave soon; congratulations again Dr.Hutchinson. So me meeting with Dr.Krista was inevitable. Honestly, I love Grace Internal Medicine and its staff. I’ve never met with any doctor in this establishment and left not feeling heard, understood, truly cared for, and that my needs weren't met. I'm my experience every doctor that I've seen at GIM approach and bedside manner has always been gentle, informative, and respectful. I think Dr. Buffaloe has a great sense of discernment to have the ability to choose like minded doctors who's core values and morals align with his and what he represents as someone who is in the business of empowering his patience to understand their medical and mental health needs and to be a part of their own healing while providing top of the line care. My family and I have been long-term patients of Grace Internal Medicine and we intend to continue to the trend. Also, I plan to continue to refer friends, family and strangers too if I happen to be around when one mentions their need of a PCP ☺️
Is great having Krista looking after Ron and I is so comforting. She has been kind, professional, and knowledgeable. No matter our sickness or worries she manages to make sure we get the medication or tests we need. we leave the oShow moreffice always with confidence that we got the best treatment ever. Your office staff and nurses are also amazing. We fell so blessed to have been recommended to your office when we moved here from Florida 2 years ago.

Amazing
Krista is very kind, attentive, & a great listener! She makes me feel so comfortable & takes care of all my concerns.
Krista is very nice and cordial to work with. She spends all of the time that the patient needs to address the medical issue. This is very important to me and as well I think to other patients. You can tell she cares about the well-being of others. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
Ms. Furman is a highly skilled individual who takes her time with patients. I look forward to seeing her!
She always listens and genuinely attentive.

Krista is Amazing and I HIGHLY recommend her and this office! Very professional and efficient!!
Krista went out of her way to work me into her schedule because I was in pain. When I reached out she responded almost immediately.
Recently had a head cold that wouldn’t go away. Krista determined it to be a sinus infection and put me on antibiotics which are working. I like the practice and Krista! Bob Hurt
Pleasant…
Kind. Efficient. Professional.
. Great personality Very pleased with her responses. Thank you
Great
My care is done professionally. All my concerns are addressed and feel list ended to.
I greatly appreciate a caregiver that takes the time to listen to their patients. One that shares concern about each patient as a person. It is good to know that Krista takes the time to review past medical information on her patients and watches out for their best medical needs.
Great service in a timely manner love it here
Follow up with this nurse practitioner could’ve been handled a lot better. I saw her on 11/17, waiting on x-ray results! Got the results back via my chart… still waiting on a letter from her to go back to work…. Days passed and I called but I never heard back… finally heard back then nothing in my chart online.. I finally got the letter to return to work Thursday at 705p well I couldn’t get it to my supervisor until Friday morning… I’m still out of work. I’ve lost money & I’m still trying to heal but my hand still hurts. The communication between patient and NP could’ve been much better. I felt like I was left on read with no explanation or resolution.
Very thorough. Entire office very nice and friendly.
Very caring and listens to my concerns
I got an appointment at 10:45 I was not seen until11:45 Did not leave until 12:10 the last person to leave the office. I understand that things do happen but it was too long a period to wait. I have never waited in a doctor's office no longer than 25 minutes at the most. I did arrive a little early but I did not count my time until 10:45 at that time it was 20 minutes 11: 05 I went to the desk to ask how long will the wait be the reception checked said a few more minutes they were getting my paperwork ready. Waited another 10 minutes I was called in. After the nurse finished all vitals and test the Practitioner did not come in until 20 minutes later. That was to long no one came in to say they was running late. This is the purpose of an appointment. I was displeased. If From now on I can't see my primary Doctor I prefer not to see anyone. Thanks Francina Way
Just want to give a very big and sincere thank you, I came to you in so much pain I just didn't know what to do or expect. You were kind and thoughtful, you asked all the right questions and was very gentle in examining me. You covered all of the basics, from the initial exam, to x-rays, medication. I would allow you to treat me anytime
Krista was pleasant, professional, and thorough.
I absolutely love Dr. Kristin. She listen thoroughly and with compassion. She doesn’t rush your visits. She indulges on patient care and advocacy which is a must for me. I have a rare brain condition and I’m very sensitive to medication so it’s a challenge to treat such patients as me. But she takes great initiative and interest in my care. I’m confident in her and Dr. Buffaloe’s ability as they always go beyond their scope of medicine to help me. I give them both 100/100. Best in Greenville County.
The entire staff is top tier. Dr. Kristen was very attentive and knowledgeable of my current medical concerns. She listened before responding while trying to find a solution. She and Dr. Buffalo work neck and neck together to accommodate me. I have rare brain condition, and very low tolerance to medications making it difficult to treat me. I will recommend this entire practice and staff to people all the time because of the care I receive. Thank you all for being so kind and patient and never in a rush to get me out the door.
