I had an outstanding experience here. You walk in, every one there just makes you feel like royalty. The atmosphere is great that even the patients are nice! Lol. Marlene was just wonderful and went above and beyond. She follows uShow morep and never forgets you, she explained everything, walked me through all the details, she is there all the way, she even gave me a tour which made me feel at ease. Dr. Nelson is amazing, she takes her time explaining everything and walking you through all pics and X-rays to let you know what to expect what type of treatment is best for you. Prices are reasonable compared to other places and that includes a one year follow up after the treatment among other things. I would 100% recommend this place.
I had a great experience at Metro Ortho with clear aligners. Dr. Nelson and the rest of her staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable. My teeth look great now and recommend anyone considering clear aligners to come to Metro OShow morertho! Only one suggestion - after when you finish it up your treatment and ready to get Bonded retainers before that go to your dentist and do check up first ( cleaning, crowns, root canals etc) otherwise you’ll double pay for that. Each one cost you 500$.

Dr. Nelson brings an impressive academic and professional background to her work at Metropolitan Orthodontics. She earned her undergraduate degree in physiology and neurobiology at the University of Maryland (UMD) in College Park.
She went on to complete her dental degree at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and further expanded her skills and knowledge with a Master of Science at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in Richmond.

Very professional in everything
Very professional and polite staff!
Dr. Nelson and her staff have been nothing but amazing to me and my family. My kids LOVE this practice and even tho it’s now 30-40 min away we don’t plan on changing. Every time we come we feel welcomed, taken care of and heard. I have my daughter doing treatment right now and I will deff. Be having my sons treatment done w them as well. I am so happy I found this practice!

The Clinic is very elegant, super clean and beautifully decorated. The Doctor is truly kind , professional and dedicated to the patients. The staff are very thoughtful , friendly and did a good job! Highly recommend!!!

We have a very good experience with Metropolitan Orthodontics. The Staffs are very nice and very friendly. The office is super nice and is equipped with state of the art machines. Dr. Nelson spend time to explain to us in detail the treatment with different options during consultation. We definitely recommend my friends to Dr. Nelson.
