First NP that actually takes time to listen, discuss and explain. She was great.
Dr. Maea was thoughtful and caring. She asked all the appropriate questions and listened carefully to me.
Kind of rude. Didn’t really seem to like how I responded to some of her treatment recommendations and very rude about it. Told me I can deal with the pain instead of offering other recommendations. I didn’t agree with recommendations because my symptoms weren’t new and she was starting in square one and I was trying to bring her up to speed to my body and health but instead she was dismissive.

This goes out to all my special needs parents. LASHARA MAEA was so patient with my special needs daughter. As special needs parents we are the voice for our children, in this case I wasn’t needed as much. LASHARA walked in kindly spoke to my daughter and listened to her gestures and motions which I was surprised LASHARA understood. I felt so comfortable I felt heard and genuinely felt a great start to a doctor patient relationship. She’s the best!
