She has a very loving and kind Spirit .she also takes the time to listen to your concShow moreerns and make sure that whatever she goes over with you that you understand.she was just such a loving nurse practitioner that once you meet her, you don’t want to get rid of her because you can’t find doctors to spend the time with you explaining and letting you know .
From the time you enter the office and after you leave…..will show you why this is a first class business!! I have been a patient for over 5 year. After a 32 year driving career, I have been to places for a DOT physical that ran Show moreyou in and out, and did not care about YOU! They just wanted your money. Not at Gold Star! From the interview, then taking your blood pressure and through the physical, it shows why YOU are important. 100% stress free environment!! That’s a huge benefit!

Very informative.
Dr. Toya and her staff are amazing! They actually take time to listen and discuss what’s going on with me to decide the best treatment and educate me about what’s going on and how the meds work to help. That’s why our whole house goes to her before we go to our PCPs.
She is always so professional and personable. I love seeing her, and I don’t think I would go anywhere else now. The whole staff is very friendly and warm which is greatly appreciated especially when I am not feeling my best.

I had the pleasure of receiving care from Nurse Practitioner, Latoya Lane-Milo and I can honestly say it was one of the best healthcare experiences I've had. She demonstrated exceptional clinical knowledge, compassion and attention to detail.
