We never had an issue untill this past Tuesday, my son was seen by Lito Justo for his refill on ADHD meds in which they were refilled. My issue is that he also was seen for his stitches in his Left foot. We asked if he could writeShow more a prescription for a medical boot to keep my son from injury or stitches from coming out the doctor responded they sell them at Walmart. We searched Walmart and other places they didn't have any. We then called back to Calvary medical Cleveland and spoke to the nurse she first said my son would have to be seen to get the boot ordered in which we already had seen the doctor. Finally the nurse spoke with doctor and he sent a order in today in which is October 4th my issue is my son's regular doctor is McBride she's always on top of things but Lito Justo seems not to care about his patients he rushes people to get them out .
Everyone there was great. The nurse was patient with David and very nice. The receptionist upfront took care of us quickly and got us to the back they’re also very nice. David does not do Well around people it makes him very nervShow moreous. He likes doctor justo. The doctor is patient with him explains things very well. David trust him and I as well. I know that Dr justo’s knowledge will take care of my brother’s needs. . He is knowledgeable about everything. We will definitely continue to see Dr. Justo. Muy mala atención de la recepcionista, no atiende amablemente se queja de todo, muy mal salí de esa clínica desepcionada me hizo sentir muy mal, estaba muy fustrada sentada alli atendiendo pacientes obligadamente. Very bad attention from the receptionist, she does not attend kindly complains about everything, very badly I left that disappointed clinic made me feel very bad, I was very frustrated sitting there attending patients obligatorily.

Dr Justo is just wonderful! He remembers what you were there for the previous month and really explains everything to you. Best doctor in town. The staff is wonderful and sweet
