I started seeing Ms. Bernal when I was going through a very difficult time in my life. My mother had recently passed away and I was completely overwhelmed with grief and sadness. We formulated a treatment plan that we both agreed upon and I started taking the medication. She is an excellent nurse practitioner and I feel 1000 percent better because of her help. I highly recommend and encourage anyone dealing with mental health issues to call Monumental Health. They are amazing.

After being bounced around between doctors, I made it a goal last year to find the best team of doctors and nurse practitioners to support me. After a lot of recommendations and research, I have now created the best team including general practitioner, therapist, psychiatrist, and several others. Having the right team has changed my life. Dr. Laura Bernal is by far the single provider, during all my years of constant battles with mental health and endless medications, that has truly made me feel seen and understood. I ended up under her care during one of the darkest, lowest points in my life mentally, where I truly thought there would never be a way out. But with her help, constant advice and check ups, I am now much better than I ever thought I would be. 100% recommend this service.
