It took a while between the time I called for an appointment and the appointment date. In the time between making the appointment and the appointment date, I had three or four issues that appeared. When I went for my appointment, Show morethe wait was longer than usual, but I was patient. Dr. Laura is usually very friendly and makes eye contact. I'm not sure, but I believe she was over booked possibly and stressed... possibly just irritated that I had more than one issue in one appointment. after diagnosis and some procedures, I was given several instructions. It would be very helpful to have these instructions in writing when leaving the office. As of now I have to call the office to get instructions on which meds to use on my issues, I would have given a five star and have in the past, but things were a little off yesterday. all in all, I feel comfortable with the diagnosis of each issue as well as Dr Laura's knowledge.
I live 92 miles away and have not found a new Dr yet so I keep coming to Fayetteville because of Ms Bush. She rescued my opinion of yesterday's visit. I told the person that made my appt that I had multiple concerns, one being areShow moreas on my scalp that have been cancerous in the past. The nurse that checked me in was rude and insisted that I could only be seen for one issue. She said I only had a 10 minute appt not a 30 minute appt. When did time start being used over a patient's need?!? Ms Bush ended up seeing me for 2 of my issues. Thank goodness! I made a follow-up appt but will be looking for a Dr closer to where I live. I will truly miss Laura. She has always been professional, kind and considerate to me. You should never let her go. She may be what is holding the practice together.
