I was referred to Dr. Puccinelli by my normal dentist as I was having signs of needing a root canal. I have dental anxiety and was so nervous booking the appointment. When I walked into the office, everyone was kind and welcoming.Show more The tech took an x-ray of my tooth and Dr. Puccinelli came in to meet me. He was so kind and immediately put me at ease. I had tears in my eyes out of nervousness and fear, but with his light hearted attitude and kindness, I walked out booking the needed root canal, and a sense of peace knowing that he'd be the one to do it. My root canal is scheduled for next week, and I am really nervous, but after meeting him, I feel so much better. Would definitely recommend Dr. Puccinelli for anyone who needs a little extra TLC with dental procedures.
I was very nervous to get my first root canal done. I was concerned it would be really painful and that there might be complications. Dr Larry was very knowledgeable and explained the process as it was happening. He checked in on Show moreme frequently so that I was pain free and only felt pressure. The procedure felt quick and I could see on the X-ray the nerves that had been taken out and filled in. I left feeling a bit shocked at how easy it was. Just had it done today but feel really confident about how smooth it went and hopeful my tooth will now be pain free. Would definitely recommend!

Alexa was so very nice and efficient (just like she was on the phone). The dental assistant taking my x-rays was very nice too. Larry was very professional and caring. He explained the plan for my root canal clearly and succinctly. His giving me his personal cell phone number (should severe pain arise) was very comforting and impressed me with how concerned he was for my welfare. I gave 5 stars only because 10 stars was not an option.

I’ve had a root canal done here before, but, I will admit that I was nervous to go in and have another one. But, Dr. Puccinelli and his assistant, again, were wonderful! They made me feel very comfortable and put me at ease. I felt no pain at all! That’s exactly what I was afraid of! He explained everything that he’s going to do and then does it. He’s also very gentle! Thank you both for making it another good experience for me! I have no more pain and am a very happy patient!
