On November 3, 2025 I had spine surgery on my L2 to my L5 what was a fusion, I was having neuropathy pain in my legs really bad so I was recommended to Doctor Bajwa and three months after my surgery I was released to my normal acShow moretivities I was very pleased with the outcome of my surgery I had to do it again, for anyone out there that is having back issues don’t hesitate call Dr. Bajwa and you will be please also thank you for giving my life back to me.

Leslie was born and raised in Houma, Louisiana and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing Degree at Nicholls State University. She attended Wayne State University in Detroit to obtain a Master’s of Science in Nursing. Leslie is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is also a member of American Academy of Pain Management, Sigma Theta Tau Honor’s Society, and Golden Key Honor’s Society.
She has been practicing pain management with Advanced Pain for two years and currently lives in Gilbert with her husband and daughter.

I appreciated Dr Bajwa straight forward with what he was going to me . He performed the surgery, then after recovery was in my room. Nurse came into my room, we going for a walk. I stood up and asked nurse to wait. Nurse said are you okay, happy to say that I can feel my feet on the floor. Thank you all for doing excellent work.

The Doctor did fine.
I had 2 surgeries, both where good outcome, I’m still hurting but it is hard to get a hold of doctor since he is in surgery most of the time. When they give u an appointment it’s a hit and miss if he is going to show up for any of my post op. And when he does come in office he seems I. A hurry or just not interested in hearing patient. This week is my second appointment that he does not show up and I get no call from Office letting me know or to reschedule. I have to be the one to find out what’s going on. Frustrating

I liked how they treated me on the day of my appointment as a new patient. The nurses are very friendly and answer your questions or concerns you have. Dr. Navkirat is very attentive and gives you the confidence to discuss the situation or the problem you are going through. I recommend it.

I hate going to any Dr nowadays. I know they are overwhelmed but please let me explain my issues before pushing me out the door. Not the experience I received today! Dr Bajwa was anything but. He took the time to explain my issue and I finally have a solution and explanation for my symptoms. Four days in the hospital in February, since then bounced around in every direction trying to get answers. . I’ve had to advocate for myself several times almost costing me my life, literally. So I’m passionate when I explain my issues and concerns, I want to make sure I’m heard and we are on the same page. Yes, it takes up extra time and I’ve seen several Drs just one time and decided I would not go back due to their lack of patience and not allowing me to explain myself. The health field is so overwhelmed and I understand. However, so am I. For a year I saw my PCP on five occasions explaining my concern with extreme weight loss, in addition to other things. Let’s do blood work, looks great! Back again, something is still not right Doc. Blood work again. Fast forward ER visit at this point I’m barely standing. OMG a tumor the size of a grapefruit resulting in a right side colon resection and tumor. Exactly, patients know their body’s and know when something is off. Please allow us to explain. Oh I was so relieved after seeing him that I was near the end of a long journey of advocating for myself. Thank you so much Dr! I can’t wait to get my life back again. I looked him up prior to seeing him and saw nothing but good reviews. I prayed that he still held those values other reviews showed. He certainly did! He was still very kind, patient and had a personality and took the time to really explain to the extent of why the symptoms are occurring.
Was my first visit there and I can tell you when I’m at the doctor do I he explained everything to me what the process was going to be what was being done how it was going to be done made me feel very good and my two support people that were with me felt the same way merry impressed with him
Great surgeon Dr. Bajwa did my lumbar spine surgery. Dr. Bajwa is very compassionate, answers all questions and concerns that you might have. I trust him completely that I'm going have cervical surgery .

Excellent experience for my first visit . I was able to see him within one week of referral from ER. He was on time seeing me and spent time going over my health history and doing an exam.
