Excellent care, warm and friendly receptionist
I have always been very satisfied with my visits to see Dr Ahmed. He was the Doctor that helped me to get my disability benefits. He is very professional and he always listens to me, as far as my pain goes. I would recommend him to anyone: family and friends. 😊
He listen to how I'm feeling, and he let's me be a part of the treatment process.

Even though he had my referral referral from my PCP, he had no idea what diseases I've been battling with since I was 19yrs old. He never asked where I had what was causing my pain. Being diagnosed w/sever anxiety disorder, he caused me to have one of the worst attacks I've ever had. Had to call my mother into the office bc of panic attack. Doc just called me a junky and said I needed to be on suboxone, still not knowing the causes/ reason of my pain. God, I wish I could use profanities on here!

My visit with Dr Ahmed was great. He went over the TENS unit with me and how to apply it properly on my neck for neck pain!! My neck felt better today! I would recommend him to my friends and family! GREAT JOB DR AHMED!!
I can't understand the office employee they can't understand me and I call 30 times before I can get any one to pick up my insurance can't reach anyone either to approve my epidural shots but this is only been a problem for about 6 months before that had perfect contact with the office but still had a free problem with insurance contacting the provider this is not a doctor problem but a answering employment problem the nurse at the front desk is the only one I see that knows what's going on
I took my mom to just schedule an appointment for pain management and they seen her the same day as a walk-in fast friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend.

He's a Good doctor
The answering service doesn't always answer the phone they very suddenly answer your texts it's hard to get a hold of doctor if you need to talk to the doctor that's impossible. I have no problem with the doctors the only problem I have is with the answering service and how they don't answer and they don't call you back if I call to make an appointment I have to call for a week straight just to get an appointment set if I need refills I have to get a ride to the doctor's office to tell them.

Very Compassionate Service provided by Dr. Ahmed.
The organization of the practice is extremely poor. The first appointment I had I was waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment time before I was even brought back. After I was brought back nothing was accomplished. The second appointment took 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. There either needs to be more consistent staff to help with communication or more doctors to help with the patient load.
