Mary was very helpful and offered new exercises.
I have been in therapy, see psychiatrist, psychologists, done ketamine treatments, drug and alcohol counseling, marriage counseling, etc. for over 20 years straight. My session with Dr. Berst was life changing. I finally have hope, I value myself and look at the world and relationships completely different now. You have to be 100% honest with her and yourself. Dr. Mary Berst is an amazing therapist. Warm, knowledgeable and kind. She helps guide me for my issues. Dr. Mary also helps me with my 3 teen-aged sons and their needs.
