I have seen Maryam for the last two years. Early on, she took the time to get to know me and the many facets of my personality, family dynamics, and overall physical and emotional health. She did this in an empathetic, conversational manner that was easy to relate to. When medication was prescribed, she made sure it was the best fit for me and followed up at each visit to evaluate my overall health and well-being. I would recommend Maryam to anyone—as I have many times.

Dr. Gulraiz is light years ahead of every other doctor that I have seen in this discipline. The first thing that I noticed is she is an attentive, active listener. I have never left an appointment feeling rushed and she shows a genuine curiosity about me as a patient. I do not feel like patient #11 on her calendar which is how other doctors made me feel. Maryam is the first person I have seen who has taken the time to truly ask questions to understand my day to day life and what my situation fully looked liked instead of asking the basic questions for 20 minutes and then prescribing me medicine without caring to know about me and how I got to where I was.
Maryam was very caring and a great listener. She asked many questions and gave me more than ample time to respond....even through my pauses; she was a patient listener who allowed me to share all I needed to. She took a comprehensive approach to find out what was happening internally and in my life....also, she went over my physical condition and made a couple of suggestions of tests I should ask my primary care doctor for. Very impressed.....I look forward to a long-term relationship with her.
