From the front end receptionists to the MA and the Dr. everyone in this office was very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable and the dr explained everything so that it was not only easy to understand but easy to explain to oShow morether people. I’ve only had two appointments but both were pleasant surprises in that I was called back very near my appointment time! (most health care providers seem to take 20, 30 even 40 minutes to call you to an exam room or finish waitingShow more in the room). Matthew Paden, DPM, FACFAS not only serves patients from in and around Wheat Ridge, Colorado at Rocky Mountain Foot and Ankle Center; he’s also the president of the practice. Double board-certified in foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery, Dr. Paden offers a comprehensive range of podiatric services ranging from general treatments for conditions like hammertoes, ingrown toenails, and bunions to diabetic foot care and reconstructive and elective foot and ankle surgeries.
Dr. Paden has been practicing podiatric medicine for almost 30 years. He studied biology and human anatomy at the University of Maryland before completing his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. He served a foot and ankle surgical residency at Vencor Hospital -- now known as Highlands/Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center -- in Denver. He also completed a prestigious diabetic foot fellowship at the Northern California Center for the Diabetic and Insensitive Foot.
Dr. Paden is the co-founder of the Highlands Foot and Ankle Institute. He’s also held various faculty appointments with the residency program at Highland/Presbyterian St. Luke’s. He’s a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and a former president of the Colorado Podiatric Medical Association.
As an avid sportsman, Dr. Paden knows how crucial it is to take good care of your feet. Outside of his practice, he is passionate about skiing, technical climbing, and mountain climbing. In fact, in 2008, he completed his final summit of all the Colorado mountains with peaks exceeding 14,000 feet.

Very cordial, good listener and thought full of least intrusive treatments.
Issue is being felt with but it may take time and monitoring till Fibroma on bottom of my foot begins to shrink.
I really appreciate the help they give me when I need to be seen as soon ASAP for pain and Dr Paden is always helpful in making my foot pain easier to manage and answers all my questions .
