My son has seen Dr. Smith off and on over the last 16 years. I did switch providers do to distance. Big mistake! It’s been a few years after jumping through hoops at the previous pediatric office, I walked out and immediately cShow morealled Dr. Smiths office. They got me right in and taken care of no issues, no hoops, and he listens! Not only does he help with the kids but he will go out of his way for parents as well. I am actually switching my primary doctor to him as well! Office staff is GREAT!
I have been going to Dr Matthew Smith for little over 2 years now and he is a doctor that truly cares and listens to you and takes care of all your needs. Everyone at the front desk speaks to you with respect as if you were a famiShow morely member. As a first impression, I found the atmosphere of the office unique, charming and welcoming. All staff very professional and prepared. As for Dr Smith was only left waiting for a few minutes, exceptional. He seemed welcoming, engaging, willing to listen and asked important follow up questions. Overall extremely competent and knowledgeable. I look forward to having my general health be supervised and guided by Dr. Smith

One of the best doctors I’ve ever been to. He’s been my family doctor and all my grandchildren go there my family since 10 years very understandable very nice office. Very nice staff.
This was our first visit and we were very impressed. All of the staff we encountered were very kind and helpful. Dr. Smith was so sweet with my 4 year old son and very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and I didn’t feel rushed asking him my questions. We will definitely be back and will recommend his practice.

Every visit is so seamless- from scheduling and check in to seeing Dr. Smith and checking out. I've never had to wait more than five minutes, which is almost unheard of! Dr. Smith is amazing, all the staff is friendly, and I love the decor and vibe of the office. I recommend him to everyone now! 😊

Dr Smith listens. He is sincere and comes with years of experience and knowledge having 5 of his own children. We’ve see him for 12 years, since our son was a newborn. We love Dr Smith and his office.
Dr Matt is the most personable & understanding medical professional I have ever dealt with at any level. He talks to me like I’m a personal friend he’s giving advice to rather than some personality-less doctor who’s afraid of saying something insensitive. He has been everything I could hope for with a family physician.
When you enter the building you are amazed at the decor and friendly service. Not your typical doctor office! We didn't have a wait and was brought back on time. Staff is very friendly. Dr. Smith is awesome even my 15 year old grandson thought he was cool. Listened to our concerns and we didn't feel rushed!! Follow-ups can be done on line. That's a plus!!!
I have to say he's God sent him and staff they help in every which way possible that they can. He's a concern doctor and I have to say the truth I come from Texas, which is known for medical field, but I have to say the truth. Dr Smith has been the best caring wise doctor that I have been to yet.
