Initially, Monday Ogbeibor was a stellar provider—attentive, professional, and highly capable. However, over time there was a noticeable shift. There were unexpected changes in protocol, particularly regarding Medicare/Medicaid processes, and these changes were made without proper communication or warning. First time seeking help for mental struggles. He was very personable, easy to talk to, asked great questions to help me understand myself better. He explained everything very well and what he wanted to do to help me and what I should expect. I'm really glad i made the appointment.
