I’ve had multiple procedures because of the severity of my spinal problems. Today’s visit was with the care provider Katina. As always she was attentive to my needs., She was caring and pleasant. I most definitely recommend this facility and this caregiver.
I just became a patient.. So so far I I'm getting there and it's getting better with my treatments

This is not first time seeing her.i only have meds for 7 days know in that office can tell you anything.and give you appointment to come in than you make it to your appointment you are not doing it this office it's all messed there I don't think the Doctor knows about anything going on

I was very disappointed that I was promised pain medication for my lower back and that it would be sent in to my pharmacy for pick up in the evening. It’s over a day later and the pharmacy hasn’t received the prescription. I went to discuss interim medication to hold me over while my pain pump was removed. I’m very disappointed that I was asked several times about having an electrical spinal stimulator implanted instead of my pain pump. I said I wasn’t interested based on comments from people that had it and she asked again. The plan is have my pain pump moved to the opposite side as soon as I heal from the removal.
I have been Katina's patient for some years now ,she has always listened to my concerns regarding my care and has always come up with a plan of care for the issues that I have. I have been very pleased with her.
The office associates were very prompt and everything moved smoothly. Tina is always very efficient.
Took her time with me and didn't rush me out the door. She is very concerned about her patients. I will continue to see her and recommend her to others. My only problem is with the check out process. It takes to long ! It's not Katina's fault.

I was an a@@ and vented all my frustrations on the one person trying to help me. Through it all Vanessa was calm and polite and talked with me until I I regained my senses. Because of this I can’t comment on her physician’s skills but I can comment that she is a wonderful person and that is way more than half the equation. Vanessa, again I am sorry for my actions.
