Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Otto is enthusiastic to step into his new role as Chiropractic Provider, Clinic Director, and CEO of Northwest Wellness—an integrated, patient-centered health care facility. For the past 7 years, he has owned and operated Life and Health Chiropractic & Massage Centre, and will now merge both clinics to create a multi-disciplinary center dedicated to holistic wellness for the community.
Dr. Otto earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, in 2013, after completing multiple Bachelor's of Science in both Exercise Physiology and Human Anatomy at BYU–Idaho. Known for his compassion and commitment to patients, he is eager to help people achieve their highest level of health and wellness.
Dr. Otto brings with him a multitude of techniques for delivering the latest and most successful patient treatment. His diversified approaches range from gentle instrument-assisted to effective manual adjustments for the pursuit of a personally tailored and patient-centered healing experience. Dr. Otto is also Nationally Certified in Physiotherapy where he knows that by combining Chiropractic care with custom and focused exercises and stretches; he can help his community achieve a more beneficial and healthier outcome.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Otto enjoys life with his wife, Kari, and their five children (ages 6–14). Together, they love reading, playing board games, traveling, hiking, and exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Suzanne does a wonderful massage. The girls at the front desk are very helpful to schedule my massage's.
I love coming in, I never feel rushed ladies at the front desk very polite and professional.
Dr Claire took her time and worked my whole back and neck. She went above and beyond and invested her time. I would highly recommend her!!

I've had quite a few Massage therapist in my time. One I would swear by and never leave if I had a choice.. until I met Suzanne, she has been beyond amazing in my healing process and has literally made me forget all about the others from before. She has a deep and intense Yoga knowledge and training which makes her almost supernatural in the healing experience. At the start of every session, with little knowledge of what maybe affecting you, instantly when she touches you she can read the energy of the issue and draws right to it. Her Yoga knowledge really knows how to pin point what it is and how to suppress the pain and cramping while relaxing your negative energy. I've never and I mean never experienced anything like Suzanne and her skills before. Your team should be proud you have found a true diamond in the rough. Just amazing, hands down the best ever. Thank you for that.

Tara definitely can work ones muscles to a new whole level. I came in with all types of knots and stresses and bulges. I mean you name I had it. I think I gave her a workout and it was the first time we met too. I left in such a positive and better mood, very relaxed and although my stress was not gone, it surely diminished a whole lot then when I had first arrived, So Good!

I've been going to NW Wellness for over 30 years. Over these years I've been extremely happy with Lorri Nichols. When I used to play tennis I saw Lorri frequently because of falling down or twisting the wrong way. I'm always pleased to go in with pain and coming out with no pain.

Northwest Wellness has a gentle, compassionate, safe energy and atmosphere. The providers are experts in their fields and are accommodating and kind. I've been going to this clinic off and on as needed for car accident injuries as well as some chronic health issues for over two decades. I've tried other clinics at times - for chronic health issues - and I always end up coming back to Northwest Wellness. Give them a try - you'll be glad that you did!
