I use to go to a different location this was my first time at this office all the staff in front office and back office are amazing all the way around there so nice and take there time answering all questions u have, they explain Show moreit very well... The doctor Alyson is amazing also shes so nice and PRETTY AS WELL LOL she also is worried about your well being and your health and starts a game plan the is best for and gets u your meds to help with your pain she does everything by the cdc book... If u are looking for just pills look else where she's not the one to try to fool shes a very smart doctor and her job is to treat your pain and get u feeling better best doctor around this place is a great place to get u feeling better and back to yourself again...the surgeons I have not met yet but will next week for my surgeic procedure.. But I hear not ONE COMPLAINT ABOUT ANY OF THESE DOCTORS AT ALL THEY GET 500 STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION...i would recommend this place to help u for pain and injections they help u in more ways then 1 not just only pain meds but they DO all other sort things to help u along the way not just meds...they want you to get better quickly... every person is different but this place will help you out and get u feeling better fast your wait time is very fast and easy u sign in then get your pee test on site then u get your temp and blood pressure taken...then u see the doctor and she goes over EVERTHING with u and awnsers all of questions and explains it to u step by step trust me this is the place u want to go to....they have a bunch of locations valley wide but I prefer this location yeah its a 45 min drive but its well with it and all staff are great and this place truly cares about you...iam so happy I was feeling a little bit sad but before I left they made me smile and felt so much better knowing iam in great great hands...
I arrived late due to the fact that traffic here in our Phoenix,AZ area has been a circus, chaos and nightmare due to the fact we have the super bowl, golf tournament, etc.., going on all at the same time and has made life this lShow moreast couple of weeks just awful for people like myself that have to drive. So I am a new patient and I didn't realize that there was 20 pages of forms to fill out. Thank God that Alyson took pity on me and told her staff she would see me anyways and I really appreciate her and her office staff for that. I had no control over the traffic and arrived shaking and felt like my heart was pounding out of my chest because I had a near miss on the freeway right before I arrived. But I made it and was seen and because of this king gesture I will stay with Alyson and her staff and am grateful. I also like that she is very knowledgeable of my issues with my pain and seems like she wants to help me. Thank you.
Nav Bajwa is Board Certified, fellowship trained orthopedic spine surgeon who completed his Bohlman spine surgery fellowship at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. There, he received specialized training in minimally invasive techniques, management of spinal tumors, spine trauma, and degenerative conditions of the spine. Prior to his fellowship, he completed his orthopedic surgery residency training at the University of South Alabama. He was also involved with a bone health clinic in his residency as a part of own the bone initiative. Dr. Bajwa specializes in the operative and non-operative treatment of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Born and raised in Punjab, India, Dr. Bajwa completed his medical school training at Dayanand Medical College and Hospital following which he spent three years as a research fellow at Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve University. During this time he published and presented numerous papers at national and international conferences, particularly in the field of age related spine degeneration, correlation of spine degeneration with hip, knee and ankle arthritis, congenital cervical and lumbar stenosis and tandem stenosis. Dr. Bajwa is a member of multiple professional organizations including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery (AAOS), North American Spine Society (NASS), Cervical Spine Research Society (CSRS), Scoliosis Research Society (SRS) and International Society for the Study of the Lumbar Spine (ISSLS). Dr. Bajwa is my spinal surgeon and he performed an L4-L5 fusion in May 2024. Dr. Bajwa is an amazing spinal surgeon and I am grateful for his expertise, kindness, and knowledge! I am relieved of over 30 years of excruciating constant pain and now after surgery I have relief! I interviewed many spinal surgeons before choosing Dr. Bajwa and by far blessed beyond belief that I was referred to Dr. Bajwa!! He is the best and if you are in need of an exemplary spinal surgeon he is your only needed call! Dr. Bajwa’s team IRMA his scheduler is so very kind and compassionate! She was always there to answer any questions supporting and accommodating all the details with insurance and attending to my surgery appointment. Kathryn Dr. Bajwa’s MA. Susan Bailey will be so missed
Susan has been one of the best doctors I have ever had in my life!! She listened, cared about my whole well being and not just pain wise, and made me feel like I was part of her family. I will definitely miss her since she is retiring so she can have fun and play with her grandkids more which is beautiful I think. Susan has been one of the many reasons I have driven 3 hrs from Yuma every month for several years to be cared for at Advanced Pain Management. I have found that everyone in the practice listens to their patients and gives them the care and best treatments available and not just handing out pills to mask the issue. I will continue to recommend Advanced Pain Management to my family and friends that live in the greater Phoenix area, Tucson, and Yuma!!!!
