I REALLY appreciate that multiple reminders were sent out to complete the medical forms online due to an extremely busy week, so the reminders helped! Upon arrival, I was greeted by the polite attendant and check in was smooth. I was taken to the back in a timely manner. What I appreciated MOST was that both the attendant and the DR. explained EVERYTHING they were going to do and what they were currently doing WITHOUT ME ASKING. That made me and my child comfortable.
