I am grateful for the healthcare access from the State of Maryland that allowed me to visit Dr. Nik Ooi. The office is modern, comfortable and the staff are friendly, professional, multilingual and really service-driven. All the pShow moreaperwork, technology requirement was just the right amount and did not trigger stress. I also felt like Dr. took his full time and really cared. The practice is extremely clean & cozy with friendly front office staff. Dr. Nik was amazing! I immediately felt comfortable with his thorough care. I felt valued as a patient for starters (which in today’s climate is rare) He is extremely knowledgeable, and effectively communicated my medical conditions along with options for appropriately managing/addressing the root cause. The capability to easily and quickly book an appointment online is definitely a bonus, along with quick response time!

This was an enjoyable medical experience, in which I felt heard, understood and valued, with good amounts of feedback and use of specialists when needed. I had medical providers which were closer to my home, but they were far from my needs and health concerns. So I am willing to drive further for great medical care, than around the corner for mediocre half interested physicians, whose bottom line is how many more can I see in the next hour.

This is an amazing clinic. I feel fortunate to have found a caring medical professional who operates his clinic with on time appointments, takes the time to listen and provide valuable medical diagnoses and really makes an attempt to get to know you. This is caring medicine practiced like it used to be.
