I have recently became a patient of Dr.Harvey and have had only one visit. I came to the practice with limited knowledge regarding the meaning of "renew therapeutics". I left my appointment as a much more informed patient.Show more His receptionist was very pleasant and helpful with regards to obtaining and organizing my rather lengthy medical history. Dr.Harvey introduced himself as soon as I arrived. He made me feel relaxed and unhurried. My initial visit was definitely a positive one.
Dr. Harvey was very professional. He explain whole procedure to me on initial visits. I also received then pamphlets and written documents. Dr. Harvey, nurses and staff were efficient, personable, and professional. The cryogenic treatment has reduced knee pain so that I can exercise and have the best muscle tone possible prior to knee replacement surgery. I highly recommend this treatment and Dr. Harvey to anyone seeking temporary pain relief.

My overall experience with Dr Harvey was very good. The lack of traditional office communications takes a little getting used to but I was able to get a response when I needed it. The procedure was explained well and went smoothly.
