My appointment was fine, but After she said, she would help me get my hormone medicine and I’ve called like four times for them to call my insurance and have not received a call back. Very disappointing. I need my hormone medicine and my migraines have come back even my neurologist said it’s due to my hormone medicine and still nothing. I’ve called the insurance company and they said they have not received any call from my gynecologist very sad that they won’t help me. I’ve left them the insurance phone number. Tell them what I need. Tell them what they need to do and still nothing so I will be looking for a new gynecologist. All my other doctors have helped me with the insurance, but apparently it’s too much for them!!!!!! How to get one star because they wouldn’t let me write their review I would give them no stars help your patience people!!!!!
