I have high praises for Dr Jones. In the appointments I have had with her, she has been punctual, caring, has taken the time to truly listen to me when discussing my symptoms, is extremely knowledgeable, has outlined recommendatiShow moreons, and together discussed and agreed upon plans to implement. The diagnostic appointments needed based on our agreed upon plan were scheduled and held, both in her office and with an outside provider. In my follow-up appointment with Dr Jones herself after all the testing, she discussed results of the testing in language I could understand, she discussed updated recommendations and potential options for my issues, and followed through on implementing what we discussed. I even got a follow-up text that the medication I was prescribed had been sent and to which pharmacy (by name, address, and phone number. That is superb customer service. And she has made sure all my questions have been answered each time. I have always felt valued as a patient and the practice portrays a warm and welcoming environment. I wish all doctors would use her, and her office, as a model for patient care. Thank you, Dr Jones.

Listened, offer suggestions. I’d like more specifics on my feelings in my feet. I don’t think an anxiety medication would help the feelings in my feet. A little confused about what medication I’m asking for. In the past weeks body tension has subsided and balance is the big issue. Help!

I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Rebecca Jones, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is extremely helpful, considerate, and truly concerned about how I feel. Was seen promptly (which is becoming more unusual these days). Receptionist was friendly and competent as was the doctor’s assistant. Dr. Jones was friendly, direct and the epitome of professionalism. She gathered information about my symptoms and concerns. She clearly explained the cause of my malady and offered a simple solution that made sense; she also declined to submit me to a test that she determined was unnecessary and would have generated needless costs. I just got started with Center for Neurology and Spine and I've already had a great experience. I got the impression immediately that their team knew what they were doing. It's a small thing, but the medical assistant gave clear directions when we walked around the office. Dr. Jones was very focused and respectful. Shoutout to the person at the front desk, he was both quick and patient. Whatever the outcome, I'm sure they'll be compassionate and explain everything well.

Dr. Jones is the best! She spends a lot of time with her patients and is actually actively listening and making eye contact with you while conversing. She is really caring and helpful, not to mention great at explaining medical concepts. She has also been on time for every appointment I’ve ever had with her. I have a handful of specialists I see for my complicated medical issues, and is by far my favorite.
