He complimented my parenting and the work I have put on for staying overly on top of everything. He doesn’t know how much that meant to a mother who was told he’ll never speak. Thank you!

The staff was super nice and informative. They were very understanding and caring towards my son. He really enjoyed working with the staff. They were very punctual on time and understanding when we had to rush the ending of the appointment due to needing to pick up our younger son from school.

My insurance interview with Dr. Connell started on time and lasted under 30 minutes. He did a good job of explaining what was going to happen, answering my questions, and elaborating on anything I didn't understand. After the interview was over, he provided information on what the next step looks like. All in all, I had a good experience and highly recommend him.
