He is very knowledgeable on what he does. He listens to what going on with you and dont interfere with like most doctors do. He takes his time with you. I like that the most it doesn't matter how many time you go he like to know wShow morehat is going on so he can fix your problem. I was going to a different office and decided to change because of my health, I was hesitating about going to this place because of what ppl say about it. If you read the reviews and if there bad its because they couldn't get the help they wanted and.most.of the time its just to get pain medication. This doctor know what he doing and know if you there just to get medication. I would highly recommend him to anyone out there. So please do not listen to the reviews like I almost did. I am so.glad I came to him.

Richard Gayles, MD, is a double board-certified specialist in anesthesiology and pain management and a nationally recognized leader in regenerative medicine. With a strong commitment to excellence and patient-centered care, Dr. Gayles practices at both the Piedmont/Atlanta and Douglasville, Georgia, locations of Alliance Spine & Pain.
Upon receiving a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from the University of Michigan, Dr. Gayles went on to complete his Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Michigan's School of Medicine.
Dr. Gayles furthered his training by completing an anesthesia residency at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, Maryland, and a specialized pain management fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. Prior to his fellowship, Dr. Gayles' dedication to learning and expanding his horizons led him overseas to England, where he spent a year studying anesthesiology and critical care at the prestigious St. Bartholomew's Hospital in London as a visiting registrar.

His manner was very calm and professional. Did a through exam of problem area, and educated me about things I didn't know. Let me vent my frustration about not getting anything but very short term relief from prior procedures from a different clinic. Also after exam, he felt there may be a different area causing the pain. I appreciated his throughness and patience
Dr Gayles, as well as other staff members, were always very patient and professional. Moreover, Dr Gayles was clearly informed on current pain management methods.
Dr.Gayles is genuinely concerned about a patient’s improvement. He checks throughout his prescribed treatment to ensure there is improvement at a satisfying level if not he’s quick to seek resolution. Although he’s a busy guy he’ll always find the time to make sure you’re satisfied with the direction your treatment is going. It is truly a blessing to have this manner of Physician.

Dr Gayle’s was wonderful. He took his time n explained everything to me. Since this was my first visit, he said we would basically start from scratch n see if we could get to the root of the problem n fix it instead of trying to just mask it.
