Dr. Wood is really great!!! She has a very personal and warm touch, making sure you feel comfortable talking about anything and everything. She is also very patient and thorough in explaining things and answering questions. I woulShow mored 100% recommend her. The only reason my review isn’t 5 stars has nothing to do with the quality of care, but the amount of time that I’ve spent in the waiting room. There have been a few times where I have waited 1-1.5hrs for my appointment to actually begin, which has been a bit frustrating.

I have been to other clinics and doctors I never felt comfortable, until I knew about eight avenue I requested my appointment it was my last attempt to ask for help and I loved how they took care of me since I arrived at the clinic, as soon as I looked at Dr. Wood I identified a lot with her she knew how to understand me and I am anxious to take my entire medical process with her, I fully trust that she will help me.

Dr. Wood is affable and remembers me, despite only “meeting” yearly. Additionally, she’s so proficient, I almost don’t realize she’s down there until it’s over! (For clarity, she keeps me abreast (ha!) of everything that’s happening)

As always, I waited an hour before I was brought from the waiting area to a room. I am on time, my appointment should be on time. This happens every time. They try to squeeze in too many people and it’s not right. Please be considerate of our time too. The Dr is great but the waiting time needs improvement.
I loved my experience with Dr. Wood. I actually got a referral from a friend about her and that is why I decided to make my first appointment with her. She was extremely personable and knowledgeable and made my visit great. I am very grateful for her care and intentionality with her patients.
