Limping into Dr. Strand's office, she quickly assessed my problem and proceeded to correct and realign the painful muscle and bones running from my left big toe and up to my left hip. Immediate relief but still some stress on Show morethe muscle and big toe. So, two days later, after a corrective massage by Dr. Giles, Dr. Strand again worked on me. All pain erased, even from arthritis. The next day I easily walked with a 17 lb. backpack throughout an airport with no problem. Both Dr.'s work miracles!

I had such an AMAZING session with Dr. Strand today. She was super kind and made me feel totally comfortable. Her diagnosis was spot on, and the treatment was really effective. I left feeling so much better — one of the best PT sessions I’ve had! Worth 3 hours driving!

The greatest!
I had a lot of pain in my back when I came in to see Dr. Strand. The pain was at a 6 or 7 with Tylenol. Afterwards it was at a 2. I felt so much better. She is truly one of the best. The staff is kind and professional. I came back after a few years and regret not coming sooner.
Dr.Roiketa Strand is one of a kind,she takes her time and go over things with u,she is very very nice.The receptionist is very nice as well,they talk to u to understand your wants and needs.I will continue going to her.

I'm typing this still glowing from the amazing whole body massage I received from Dr. Giles. He pays particular attention to any concerns I've expressed, but also has the ability to find spots that I/you didn't know needed help. He's fixed a sore hip and arthritic foot right away! Have signed up for monthly massages! Therapist Glover takes care of my partner's neuropathy and intermittent nerve pains using a slightly gentler massage technique. They listen and your body gets the benefits!
