Rosa Maria Kleinberg, MSN APRN PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental nurse practitioner at Hopewell Health Solutions, which is based in Glastonbury and West Hartford, Connecticut. Rosa received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Western Connecticut State University and graduated with high honors while earning a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Saint Joseph. Rosa is an experienced nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience as a nurse in a Level 1 Trauma Center ICU setting and a variety of psychiatric settings, which gives her a unique perspective on her clients' psychiatric and medical needs. Rosa’s therapeutic approach is very holistic and comprehensive. Rosa has the pleasure of working alongside many skilled and experienced clinicians and is happy to collaborate and coordinate care with them when appropriate to the client’s needs. She believes strongly in using a blend of CBT and DBT and motivational skills during her sessions, to help clients alleviate presenting symptoms in addition to medication management. Rosa is a strong advocate for her clients and has a centered patient approach and talks with her patients through difficult medical decisions, such as making psychiatric medication adjustments.
Rosa is trilingual and fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (Conversational). In her free time, Rosa loves spending time with her family, traveling, trying different foods, and practicing Zumba and yoga.

London was very good.
As a provider, I feel that London has taken the time to listen to my son and to adequately address most of his concerns. The office staff itself can run a little clunky at times however she is always on time and always makes him feel like he is the most important person for her.
