I have had a problem with facial skin cancer and pre-cancer over the years from exposure to the sun. Ryan has been my go-to contact at Idaho Skin Institute in Chubbuck, Idaho. He has used various procedures to remove pre-cancer Show moregrowths, and on one occasion, identified cancer in my eyebrow. After performing a biopsy of the tissue, the cancer was removed by the clinic's Dr. Earl Stoddard. After surgery, the surgery was so well done that I cannot even see the surgical scar in the eyebrow. I will continue to go to Ryan for my skin care. The whole office is great and work performed top-notched.
Check in was efficient and the people at the front desk were kind and quick. The person who showed me to the back rooms was through and covered all my questions that I had and explained what was going on. Ryan is a Pocatello native, and graduated from Idaho State University's Physician Assistant Program. He later received his Master's degree from the University of Nebraska. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Spanish, which has proven quite useful in caring for the Hispanic population at Idaho Skin Institute. Ryan has trained with several dermatologists including Dr. Clay Baker, Dr. Stewart Carrington, and Dr. Earl Stoddard.
Ryan is a Diplomate with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. He is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Ryan joined Dr. Stoddard in 2008 and has become an integral part of the Idaho Skin Institute team. Ryan treats patients with all types of skin diseases.
When Ryan is not working, you can find him on the golf course, water skiing, or snow skiing with his wife, Tara, and their four children.
