You have to call multiple times to make sure your referrals get done. Some of mine still did not get done and it was the only reason for my visit. I was referred to a place that’s closed and to get labs done at a place that was clShow moreosed. You have to call to get your test results and then they charge you if you want an explanation. They lack motivation to solve the issue if it’s not a text book solution. I have been sick since Jan 4 & I have stopped coming in due lack of solution & care from dr.
I went in with a sore shoulder from slinging my computer bag into my vehicle. Sam saw me and after a few questions and mobility tests sent me for an xray. She got back with me quickly to let me know how the test came out. She hShow moreas a warm personality and a strong air of professionalism which should make you comfortable and feeling like your concerns will be listened to and your situation will be treated in the best possible way.

She asks questions to evaluate my problem and physically manipulated the area. I do believe she knows her field. I trusted her the moment she started to ask questions. It was 4:30 Monday about the end of her day, but she interacted with me as though I was her First patient! Very delightful!!

Samantha was really efficient and knowledgeable in her assisting me with the physical challenge.
Samantha takes her time with you and really listens to what you have to say, She reminds me of the good old days when the medical field people really cared about their patients.
