You have to call multiple times to make sure your referrals get done. Some of mine still did not get done and it was the only reason for my visit. I was referred to a place that’s closed and to get labs done at a place that was clShow moreosed. You have to call to get your test results and then they charge you if you want an explanation. They lack motivation to solve the issue if it’s not a text book solution. I have been sick since Jan 4 & I have stopped coming in due lack of solution & care from dr.
I went in with a sore shoulder from slinging my computer bag into my vehicle. Sam saw me and after a few questions and mobility tests sent me for an xray. She got back with me quickly to let me know how the test came out. She hShow moreas a warm personality and a strong air of professionalism which should make you comfortable and feeling like your concerns will be listened to and your situation will be treated in the best possible way.

Samantha was very loving and kind and so was her nurse. She really listened to my concerns. It was nice to have somebody so caring . She took care of getting me the tests I needed quickly working on a solution. It felt good to see someone that I felt cared about me as an individual.

We were traveling through the beautiful Branson, Missouri when lo and behold, I needed a doctor. This facility was easy to find, modern, friendly, quick and efficient. Loved Samantha as she was friendly, understood my problems and provided a solution with the option to call if I continued to have problems or had any questions. Highly recommend.
