This was a tough appointment for me. Overall, I think very very highly of Dr. Bharksuwan and have seen him for 18 years. He has been with me throughout the majority of my adulthood and is a good listener. Today, however, I found Show morethe exam painful (perhaps due to perimenopause). Dr. Bharksuwan also did his best to reassure me that my perimenopause symptoms would go away eventually and talked about his mom. While I know these symptoms won’t last forever and I was given a non-hormonal solution to try for hot flashes, my foggy memory and not sleeping well was not addressed. I left feeling like I just have to grin and bear it. Hopefully, these symptoms will subside soon.
Very clean and nice office. One of the front desk ladies was very nice and approachable. The other one wasn’t too friendly and was very nonchalant when i expressed concern. I work in healthcare so i understand long waits to see the doctor, however it’d be nice to be told that there will be a 30 minute wait. The doctor was nice but not too helpful with my concern. This was the second time i came in for a limited exam and he didn’t have a solid explanation. So i left unsure and anxious, again.

The Doctor is very attentive to concerns, he has amazing bedside manner. Explain things with great detail, and made me feel comfortable when I was super nervous. The staff is so sweet and provided great patient care. Felt like family. The atmosphere was comfortable and very zen.
