This was my first (and last) visit with this provider, and it was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. From the moment the call started, she appeared DISINTERESTED and DISENGAGED. No warmth, empathy, or genuine effort to understand my situation. Refused to refill a long-term medication OR offer alternatives, despite documentation. Accused me of being dishonest while reading a neuropsych eval providing my diagnosis…there is so much more but I only have 500 characters to write.

I received a notification from a woman who said “Dr Newwett” Is now my therapist. No introduction or anything. That was off-putting. I know you guys move fast. I just need my trentellix. I only take one rx med. I now am waiting for my PET SCAN. I have a neuro doctor his name is dr Blackman and he is in Fountain Valley, Calif.
