Dr. Sasson E. Moulavi (Dr. Sass), MD is the Medical Director of Smart for Life™ Weight Management Centers headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida and graduate of the University of Toronto where he received a degree of Doctor of Medicine. He completed post graduate training at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Dr. Moulavi has achieved Board Certification in Anti-Aging Medicine (2005- ) as well as Bariatric Medicine (2006-2014). Dr. Moulavi has completed the process for his Fellowship Certification in Bariatric Medicine, in addition to his membership in the Obesity Medicine Association. He completed the Annual Practical Approaches to the Treatment of Obesity at Harvard University and is a member of the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine as well as the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. For more than 15 years he has specialized in the study and treatment of Bariatric Medicine and has trained over 100 doctors in the science behind Bariatric Medicine. Dr. Moulavi has directed the operation of multiple weight loss centers in both the United States and Canada. Prior to 1995, he practiced as a family doctor and an Emergency Room doctor in Canada. His passion is to provide a successful, simple, affordable way to reach and maintain a healthy weight while improving overall health and quality of life. Everyone was very pleasant. I was a little concerned having the 1st appointment with no rooms available. I didn’t realize when I booked the 1st appointment that other Physicians had use of the rooms prior. Over all, it worked out w/out a Long Wait

Dr. Moulavi and his staff are the most caring and wonderful practice. You are family when you come into their office. Started with them for weight loss but before i knew it he became my primary physician, and I feel as if he has saved my life. His staff is always there to answer your questions and be helpful, and I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional care.

The doctor listened to me very carefully and gave me his full attention. He reviewed all the information prepared by the PA, asked thoughtful questions and never rushed the appointment. He also ordered a blood-circulation test directly in the office, which was very convenient and saved me from having to look for another facility. The office staff is professional, kind and efficient. I always feel respected and well cared for in this practice.
Dr.Moulavi is a fabulous doctor. He cares about each one of his patients and I am very blessed to know him.

Every member of staff is extremely friendly and professional . All enquiries and requests are handled swiftly and efficiently. Most appointments are met on time. Dr Moulavi is excellent.

I've been South Florida for 35 years doctor Sassoon very knowledgeable smart accommodating more accommodating than any doctor I've been to South Florida and came back from Cancun with Montezuma's Revenge after I left his office I was cured I recommend them highly to you and all your friends the office is all with Pleasant people and they accommodate you all the time the wait is not long at all my other doctor's office I waited in the room for an hour and a half before anybody walked in you can't go wrong
