There's so much I'm thankful for and Shannon is one of them!! I am not the easiest person to get along with and I really do not care for people but Shannon makes me feel so comfortable that I am able to open up to her easiShow morely. She is very attentive and cares for her patients. I am so glad that I found her when I did I had to ask to be with her permanently because I feel that comfortable around her and I haven't with any of the rest there. To me she is the best psychiatrist. She's one of a kind.
Shannon is a very amazing doctor she listens to you an don't judge like a lot of others do she understands and true to help best she can . Iv had other docts screw me every time I see them but it wasn't because of anythingShow more I did wrong they just didn't call to make sure an treated me like I was the issue , Shannon will an had never done that to me. She's very professional as well an dang good at her job ! Suggest seeing her I hate when she's not there an I have see anyone else they don't care.

This is Jamie 09-15-1970, my sister Tonya Fritts 06-19-1974 have been coming to that facility for a while out of all of the doctors that we have seen Shannon is by far the best Doctor. Why, I'm saying that and she is very attentive when we are talking and she listens very well and takes everything we say into consideration and she cares about her patience she makes us feel so comfortable expressing and opening up. Never pressured. My sister has dementia and shes extra attractive to her needs!!🙏

I have serious mental health issues that im on disability for and shes the only doctor I've gotten to talk to for over 5 mins in 5 yrs that definitely helped me and seems to want to help me get better and doesn't even seem bothered when I told her the terrifying things I've been thru, Always with a smile on her face makes me feel not stressed out wandering wants going to happen everytime I have my next appointment

Dr. Graves saved me from myself, I know you’d probably never understand until you’re in that situation but I hope you never are. She listens first and foremost she puts herself in your shoes and tries to think with you the better way to help you. And she WANTS TO HELP EVERYONE it seems like. She’s the best psychiatrist I’ve ever had and I never wanna lose her.
