I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Practitioner providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a fully telehealth practice in Florida. I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and women’s mental health, including perimenopausal and postpartum concerns.
I earned my advanced nursing degree with a focus in psychiatric-mental health and have several years of clinical experience working with diverse patient populations across the lifespan. My background includes managing complex cases that involve co-occurring conditions, medication management, and psychotherapy integration.
My approach to care is collaborative, patient-centered, and culturally sensitive. I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard and understood. I combine psychopharmacology with supportive and solution-focused techniques, tailoring treatment plans to each individual’s needs, goals, and lifestyle. I emphasize education, empowerment, and practical strategies that patients can apply in their daily lives.
I have a particular interest in treating high-functioning adults experiencing burnout, anxiety, and life transitions, as well as individuals navigating trauma and chronic stress. Through my practice, I strive to reduce stigma around mental health and make quality psychiatric care more accessible and convenient through telehealth.
Outside of my clinical work, I am a mother and understand the challenges of balancing personal, family, and professional responsibilities. This perspective allows me to connect with patients on a more human level and support them in achieving sustainable mental wellness.
