My visit on July 10, 2025 was an interesting experience. Although the office was understaffed, the doctor on duty and the receptionist/everything else was outstanding!! my experience with the Telehealth staff was not the greatest.Show more I found it to be very inappropriate with the telehealth support trying to discuss co-pays and financials while I’m waiting to be seen for the doctor. This practice was not necessary. Hopefully you will take this review into consideration moving forward.
She is very knowledgeable and thorough. Also, she doesn't do like most doctors and forget everything that they said to you the last time you were visiting in their office, but she remembers what you were discussing and is ableShow more to pull up her notes and follow them very well and stay on the same page with you .

Sia Sam-Sumana is very good at what she does. She is the most astute PA I’ve ever had the privilege of advising me about my health. For me she was God sent. She listens and that means a lot.

Very nice person Sam is, shows concern for my well being. Tells me My options and explains them clearly. Sam has been helping me with my weight loss problems and has been advocated for my prescription with Humana to get approval. The whole staff is friendly and professional.

She seems to be a good doctor,but I just hope she is there long enough to get to know our family doctor,they usually gone in about 6moths to year,then they outta there
