Sophia is very soft spoken and kind, she is the type that let's you rant about your problems without inputs till you're done. I’ve been seeing Sophia for about 2 years. She’s taught me how to redirect those negative thoughts and emotions that stir up and I truly am in a better place since starting to see her.
I’ve had many therapists before. Often struggled to find a therapist I can connect well with. I gave it one last shot before I would give up, and my current therapist has been the best therapist I have ever had. She is patient, kind, understanding and very supportive. She has a calm sweet energy to her almost like you’re talking with a cool and gentle mom about all your problems. Overall, she is an amazing person and does her job exceptionally well.
