Dr. Steffanie schwutke is a wonderful doctor and I consider her as a friend not just my doctor. She has always cared about my health from day one! She's caring and always willing to listen to my concerns. She has always taken my hShow moreealth her number one priority and has always explained her findings and gave the correct treatments for them. I would tell my family and friends or anyone else for that matter that has health issues to go see her. I would not go to any other doctor for my health issues. Her main concern is your health and treatments for them. She is the greatest and caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure and opportunity to see. Also her staff is always there to listen and help you with any questions and concerns you may have with your health needs. Bottom line is if you have health issues go see her as soon as possible. My doctor is always making sure that she gives me all the proper tests and examinations available to allow Show moreher to make the correct diagnosis to insure that she has me on all the proper medications and treatments and that I am living and practicing the proper life style at home so that I live a healthy and long happy life that's possible. She truly cares about me and my health and is always there to listen and answer any concerns I may have. I would not consider going to another doctor and i hope I never have too. Steffanie Schwutke, MD, is a board-certified Family Practice physician who brings significant medical experience to Rochester Primary Care. The practice serves people living in and around Rochester Hills, Michigan, and throughout Oakland County.
Dr. Schwutke began her career at Providence Hospital, Southfield as a resident. Upon graduation, she practiced Family medicine in the Warren, Michigan, area for several years before joining Rochester Primary Care in 2022. She practices with an emphasis on Women's health and minor surgeries.
Dr. Schwutke also provides comprehensive medical care in hospital settings and on an outpatient basis at Rochester Primary Care. She is on staff at Beaumont in Troy, Michigan, and Ascension, Rochester Hills, Michigan.
Dr. Schwutke is certified in advanced cardiac life support as well as basic life support. She proudly holds membership in several professional organizations, including the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Schwutke always greets me with a big smile, and yesterday I could actually see it because she wasn't wearing a mask. She is adorable! She loves to hear about vacation plans and share hers, which I appreciate. It is never a cold, clinical visit. I have a serious medical problem, which she is handling without scaring me or overwhelming me with meds, instructions and complicated explanations. Her advice is sensible, simple and soothing.
Dr. Schwutke addressed all of my concerns and always follows up.
Dr. Stephanie got me into PT. I will continue with PT until shoulder problem is resolved.
