About Ms. Stephanie Allison

Stephanie truly enjoys helping and empowering those that are wanting to create a positive relationship with food and their body. Stephanie’s “no-diet” approach to health and wellness establishes the groundwork necessary to create lasting lifestyle changes and healthier habits. She takes an inclusive approach to all foods and body types, providing her clients with a safe space to speak freely about their habits and the flexibility to create their own definitions of healthy. Specialties include clients that currently have or have a history of eating disorders (Anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and others), behavioral health diagnoses, substance use disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and depression.
