Dr. Munasifi is caring, kind, and respect. He has a super office staff. I felt very personally treated. He is a terrific surgeon. The surgical center staff are just great, and it is obvious that they really like and respect him. Talal Munasifi, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and cosmetic plastic surgeon at Advanced Plastic Surgery Center in Arlington, Virginia, where he’s also the owner and director. He specializes in cosmetic and plastic surgery for the face, breast, and body, delivering natural-looking outcomes to his patients through individualized care. His most popular surgical procedures include breast augmentation, breast reduction, facelifts, eyelid surgery, and tummy tucks. Dr. Munasifi completed his surgical residency at the University of Miami in Florida, before being named chief resident in general surgery. He then completed his residency in plastic surgery at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C., where he also served as chief resident in plastic surgery. After his residencies, Dr. Munasifi was named the chief of plastic surgery at AMI Doctors Hospital in Lanham, Maryland, and served as a plastic surgery consultant at Loudoun Memorial Hospital in Leesburg, Virginia. Today, Dr. Munasifi shares his knowledge and experience presenting research and surgical demonstrations to prestigious audiences in the United States and overseas, and as a member of the clinical faculty at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Munasifi is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has been recognized as one of Washingtonian Magazine’s Top Doctors on multiple occasions, in 1997, 1998, 2006, and 2013-2016. Dr. Munasifi was named Top Cosmetic Surgeon of 2017 by the Arlington Magazine.
