We were traveling from out of state when our daughter fell ill and we visited Child First urgent care. The entire staff was excellent and very kid friendly. Tanya was phenomenal! She really went above and beyond to make sure we weShow morere taken care of. Her kindness is unmatched. This was quite possibly the best pediatric care we have ever encountered.
My daughter was sick and we came in to see Tanya Crockett. She was beyond wonderful! She was very thorough with her care plan and took excellent care of Bostyn. She even called us at home to check in on her two more times that Show moreweek to check on her progress. Her kindness and compassion will keep us coming back.

I did not feel "heard" or "understood" AT ALL. I felt that Tanya or Tonya or however it is spelled, did not really care about what I was saying. I'm pretty sure that I know the habits of my child better than to classify anything that happens with him by the standards of how things effect other children. HE IS HIS OWN PERSON... NOT A COOKIE CUTTER CHILD.

Twice the bedside manner was subpar with Tanya. We had to end up at the ER and even they didn’t know why we could not have been helped at urgent care. The nurses are all always great. The front desk could be more friendly.
Tanya saw us very promptly and was very helpful diagnosing our daughter's double ear infection and getting her antibiotics late at night.
Always pleased with this location and the care received. Dr Crockett gave my boy excellent care. She took the time to explain everything, and listen to my concerns as well. Wonderful experience from the time you walk in, until you leave with all staff members. I highly recommend.
Tanya was great with my boys, listened to them, and most importantly completed a thorough exam all while respecting our time. Wish she did primary care!

Tanya was fantastic and took time to look at, take pictures, consult others, and come up a plan for my son’s eye issue. Made my 3 year old feel very comforted and even talked directly to him about it. Very clean facility and was in and out in under an hour.
Tanya was great! Didn’t feel rushed, took time to look my girl over, and I felt like I could follow up with her if needed! Super quick visit and SO thankful for this option when the peds office is closed!

Very caring, efficient and fast at getting us in and out. We love going to this practice they are always kind and helpful and willing to help . Definitely convenient as well. I would recommend this place to anyone instead of going to the er they can do almost anything.

We stopped here for a strep test for my daughter while we were traveling. They were very kind, made my daughter feel comfortable, and seemed to truly care! They also did their best to prevent long waits. We got there around 5:45 and left at 7, which felt very fast! Thank you!
