I have visited this doctor several times. As always, it is a pleasure to see Dr. Nyckowski. He is thorough and detailed in explaining the treatment that I receive and my progress. Tim Nyckowski, DO, is a board-certified dermatologist at Orlando Dermatology Center in Oviedo, Lake Mary, and Orlando, Florida. He prides himself on forming good relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable in their skin.
A Midwest native, Dr. Nyckowski grew up near Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and later attended medical school at Des Moines University in Iowa, where he graduated with honors. Shortly after graduation, Dr. Nyckowski worked as a hospital physician for his internship at the Medical College of Wisconsin’s Affiliate Hospitals in Milwaukee.
Relocating to Orlando, Florida, Dr. Nyckowski completed his dermatology residency with Kansas City University’s prestigious program in Florida. Here, he served as both chief resident and resident cosmetic trainer.
Specializing in medical, surgical, pediatric, and cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Nyckowski has a dedicated interest in the early detection and treatment of skin cancer. He is the author of over 20 peer-reviewed dermatology publications and is a guest editor for several journals. He believes in the progress of medicine and the importance of continuous study.
Outside work, Dr. Nyckowski enjoys exercise, comedy, travel, sports, and spending time with his wife and their dog, Daisy.

Dr. Tim was great in making me feel confident in having my procedure done. Very professional and showed caring throughout the procedure making sure I was comfortable and in no pain. His assistant was also wonderful in the prep and post procedure process. She was very helpful in answering questions with a caring and friendly attitude. I highly recommend this practice for your dermatology needs.
5 minute wait, saw Dr. immediately, he addressed my issue and 15 minutes later I departed. One of if not the best dermatology clinics in the area. My wife and I are both patients of Dr. Nyckowski and highly recommend him.
Dr. Nyckowski was awesome, he listened, decided what to do and we are doing it and getting positive results! So far the issue as to why we came there seems to be improving, we will keep track each day for improvements and healing. We would recommend him and his staff every day!

Dr. Nyckowski is a kind and skilled doc, doesn’t run late (but takes extra time if you need it!) and has a courteous and efficient staff. No hesitation here in recommending him.

Knowledgeable of skin issues, took care of pre-cancerous issues and skin tags. Have a follow up in a year in to monitor questionable areas. Super nice guy too!
