Didn't like having a student at all. I understand they have to learn but this was only my second time being at this facility. I feel as if more time is needed to build rapport & gaintrust before introducing patients to students & Show morehave them all up in our business not knowing a thing about us. It's all ready uncomfortable having to start building a new relationship with yet another mental health care provider. I felt like a gueaini pig! I do really like Tracy. She is VERY empathetic & genuine.
Very pleased with the staff and dr. I have seen to many drs to count and this is one place that actually made me feel like they care and want to help you instead of just wanting to throw prescriptions at you just to make you leaveShow more making you feel like your not worth there time and don't care what is actually wrong with you. Very friendly
This was my first visit and everyone was very kind and professional. I am very excited to start a new journey here.
My two sons have been working with Tracie Hampton and Office Staff since they were 2 and 5 years old. Tracie and Shaletta have always done an exceptional job of guiding my children, who are now 15 and 18 years old, and me in their social, emotional, and mental health and wellness. They have worked with our family on medication management, school accommodations, assessment/diagnostic screenings, and navigating difficult family situations. I highly recommend!
Tracey is a great listener which makes her tune in to my needs. I feel comfortable with her and her staff is super helpful and patient. I almost don't want to tell people about GAP because it may take away from me. But I come back to reality in knowing not to be selfish. Love, love , love the others services along with the counseling and medication service all together. Wonderfu!!
Exceptional service as usual
Tracie and all the staff are wonderful. It’s obvious that they care about their patients. Everyone is so friendly and thoughtful. India, in the front office, is so sweet and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly.
