I've always had positive experiences here, but I felt a little weird after the last two visits. For the first visit, I was just stopping in to leave a sample. I checked in at the desk and the girl who is always at the front said tShow moreo have a seat and it would just be a minute. Almost an hour later, I was still waiting, and she opened the window and asked me what I was doing in the waiting room. I was really confused since she had greeted me and checked me in. She acted like she didn't know who I was or why I was there. I reminded her that I was just there to leave a sample and then I got called back immediately after that. At the second visit, I checked in with the same girl, and she stood up and looked over the desk and asked me if I "brought the baby." I was again confused and stated that I don't have a baby. She seemed disappointed and said that they live for Fridays at the office since that's when women with babies come in. I then noticed that I seemed to be the only non-mother present. I just felt like I was less important because I didn't have a baby. Thankfully I'm not struggling with infertility or child loss. I hope that the same thing never happens to a patient who is dealing with those issues, because that could be a very hurtful experience. Also, at this visit, I left another sample because I was having urinary pain. I got a call a few days later letting me know that it was negative for infection. I was still having severe symptoms, so I went to my primary doctor, and the sample they tested came back positive for blood, protein, and nitrites. I don't know if advanced women's healthcare uses an outside company to test urine, but y'all might want to be aware of this. I do overall really appreciate the care I've received at this office and do plan on continuing as a patient.

Before earning her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree, Dr. Glass distinguished herself academically, earning concurrent undergraduate degrees with honors in Anthropology and Microbiology. While completing her bachelor studies, she began her graduate studies and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Cell Biology. She has received numerous teaching awards, and her research contributions have been published in several major scientific journals, including Brain Research and the Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynecology.
A highly respected surgeon and laparoscopist, Dr. Glass is well-known for her exceptional skill in performing complex laparoscopic procedures, minimally invasive surgery, and pelvic reconstruction surgery.
Dr. Glass is actively involved in medical, surgical, and evangelical missionary work and enjoys sharing her faith and talents with those in need. She considers it one of the greatest gifts of service she could offer another. When not caring for patients, Dr. Glass enjoys spending time with her family, running, camping, hiking, or competing in triathlons. I had the Mona Lisa procedure. It was not near as painful as I expected. Now that I had it done I am not anxious about returning for the 6 week follow up. Everyone there is so nice.
