Words can't fully capture the joy I feel beginning in Doctor Fondren care. It Although she is a nurse practitioner, I regard her as my doctor due to the exceptional care she provides. Tracy W. Rapp, DNP-FNP-C, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree (DNP). She is proud to provide high-quality primary health care services to residents of Memphis, Tennessee, as a part of Honeycomb Medical Group.
Dr. Rapp has been in the primary care/internal medicine field for over seven years. Throughout her medical career, she has gained vast experience in managing acute and chronic conditions for patients in diverse populations across the lifespan. The patient-provider relationship and maintaining excellent communication skills are her top priorities. Dr. Rapp is dedicated to helping patients achieve their best health goals!
She is married to Asher Rapp, and they have a newly married son and daughter-in-law, as well as another son and daughter. They also have two dogs, Ruby and Tatum. When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Rapp enjoys music, cooking, and watching basketball!

Ms. Lindsay is just a wonderful person. She listens to what your problems and concerns. Her tentativeness allows you to explain what your feeling, medications etc. Ms. Lindsay is just a joy to come and visit.
