About Trisha Meyer, LCSW-P

Trisha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specialized in helping individuals heal from trauma. She views her clinical work through a trauma informed lens and incorporated different therapy models. Trisha works with children, adolescents, adults, families and groups. She also has previous experience with the child welfare system as well as chronically mentally ill individuals and individuals who have experienced sexual assault. Trisha utilizes a variety of therapeutic interventions that are trauma sensitive and include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Flash Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Interventions. She provided therapy to children, teens, adults and families experiencing grief and loss, depression, anxiety, developmental disabilities, LGBTQI issues, school and academic behavior/concerns, parent/child relationship issues, and trauma. She meets every individual where they are they are at.
