Appt time was 10 min wait. No big deal, allowed me to wait in car. Called me on cell phone when they had a room available. Had blood work done , was very gentle and sanitary. Miss Webb was with us in 10 to 15 min. Whet over all needed to know information. Then I was on my happy way. Thank you Miss Webb.
