Today was my first appointment with Dr. Sayal. All of my previous appointments have been with one of his NPs. He listened to my concerns and offered suggestions. I did feel a bit rushed, as the office was busy, but I did leave feeShow moreling a bit better about the entire treatment plan and felt like I finally may be able to have options and questions answered, like someone was on my "team"!
Vikas Sayal, MD, FCCP, is board certified in Pulmonary medicine, and Critical Care medicine and experienced in Sleep medicine for 15 years. He’s the founder of Pulmonology Group- Lung Specialist in Las Vegas, Henderson, Nevada and Bullhead City, Arizona, a medical practice that specializes in treating the full range of lung and respiratory conditions. Dr. Sayal is also on staff at most hospitals in the area and serves as a intensivist and pulmonologist at different hospitals.
Dr. Sayal trained at the world-renowned Yale University, where he received fellowship training in Pulmonary medicine, then went on to complete his fellowship in Critical Care at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He did his transitional year residency at Tufts University, followed by an Internal medicine residency at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey.
Dr. Sayal has extensive experience in pulmonary and critical care at several hospitals and currently serves as Chair of Pulmonary and Critical Care services at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center, Bullhead City, AZ .
He’s the author of numerous research papers and articles and continues to serve in various leadership roles.

first visit with the doctor, straight to the point, I would have preferred a closer appointment due to my illness but good. i requested and appointment by phone, never got a call back so I went personally based on the good comments for the doctor. the gave me a breathing appointment at 7 am, no one showed up, they open until 8:30, I am guessing that the call back that never came and the wrong appointment was due to the same lady giving the appointments, does not look like a Happy person
My sleep study was well managed by the attendant. The patient in the next room snored so loudly that I couldn't sleep much, but that's not the fault of the clinic!

Dr Sayal was direct with his diagnosis and made options clear. He digested a lot of testing and made it clear in a one on one apprand in an integrated manner. Offices seemed cramped and needed better chairs. Abig improvement over my las pulmonologist and I will continue to see him.
Very pleased with both nurse and doctor. I felt they were very thorough and I felt like all my concerns were addressed. Check out gal very efficient. Would definitely recommend. Very pleasant experience.
Dr Sayal is a proactive pulmonologist. He has steadily, but surely, escalated his approach to managing my chronic bronchitis. He follows up and monitors my progress. He patiently explains his approaches and rationale.

The new patient forms were not emailed or offered prior to the visit. It took me a while to complete - good thing I came early to complete them because I was a new patient. I also like that my images and reports from Steinberg Imaging were easily accessed. Arlene and I discussed. Arlene was attentive and thorough. Thank you.
